PRESENT PERFECT SIMPLE

Afirmative:
    I/you/we/they + have    + Past participle
    He/she/it  + has           + Past participle     

EXAMPLES:
I have travelled all around the world. 
  
 Negative:
    I/you/we/they + haven't      + Past participle
    He/she/it + hasn't             + Past participle     

EXAMPLES:
They have never been in Australia.

 Interrogative:
  Have + I/you/we/they       + Past participle+ ? 
  Has + he/she/it               + Past participle+ ?

EXAMPLES:
Has he gone to the supermarket? 



PAST PERFECT SIMPLE

Affirmative:
   I/he/she/it  + had + Past participle
   We/You/they        + had + Past participle        

EXAMPLES:
We had eaten at my parents house that day.

Negative:
  I/he/she/it/we  + hadn't + Past participle
  You/they        + hadn't + Past participle     

EXAMPLES:
They hadn't done it until I told them to do it, that's when they did it!

Interrogative:
  Had  +  I/you/he/she/it/we/they  + past participle + ?   

EXAMPLES: 
Had she seen him?
