Hello to everyone!
Today I'm going to describe someone:
At first, she's a girl. 
She's sixteen years old. She's really tall and normal weight.
She's got pretty white skin and really dark, long, straight hair. 
Her eyes are big and dark brown.
She's a very open minded person and also very generous. She's always there if you need help!
She's very friendly and  spontaneous.
She's very reliable too. She's a very understanding person.
In general she's a good person, maybe that's why we are so very good friends.

A disaster day.

I've had many dates that I could categorize as "disaster days".

But I'm going to talk about this morning. As I'm really clumsy, I'm used to paying much attention to every single thing I do, but It's proved that if I don't do it, the result is catastrophic.

I was walking this morning through the corridor because I was about to have a shower, and I wasn't paying many attention (I was still asleep).

Well, I didn't see the door and I crashed into it. I've broken my eyebrow.

If that were not enough, when this happened I was bitting my lip and it also broke up.

I felt on the floor and I twisted my wrist.

How a wonderfull way to start my day!

TENSES

PAST SIMPLE
*Affirmative:
I/ you/ he / she/ it/ we / you/ they + Verb (If it's regular) -ed. / Verb in past (If it's irregular).
EXAMPLE: I finished the project just in time.

*Negative:
I/ you/ he/ she/ it/ we/ you/ they + Didn't + infiinitive.

*Interrogative:

USES: Finished actions.
TIME EXPRESSIONS USED WITH IT: Yesterday, Last: year, month, week..

PAST CONTINUOUS
*Affirmative:

We/ it/ you/ they + were +verb+ ing.
EXAMPLE: I was having a shower yesterday at ten o'clock.


*Negative:
I /he/ she+was not (wasn't) + verb + ing.
We/ it/ you/ they + were not (weren't ) +verb+ ing.
EXAMPLE: He wasn't paying attention to the teacher.

*Interrogative:
Was +I/ he/ she + verb + ing + ?
Were+ We/ it/ you/ they + verb + ing + ?
EXAMPLE: Were they talking about me?

USES: To express actions in progress in the past.
TIME EXPRESSIONS USED WITH IT: While.

-How do we use while?
*Subect+ past continuous + WHILE + Subject + past continuous.
EXAMPLE: They were at the cinema while I was studying for an exam.

*Past continuous + Past simple.
EXAMPLE: You were walking around while I arrived.

Family VS. Friends

Today, I've decided to talk to you about my family and friends.
Who do I prefer?
It's difficult to answer to that question, because, actually I don't really know. I feel really close to both of them and usually when I've got a problem, it doesn't matter who I ask for advice to , they'll always try to help.
Of course for some problems I can't ask to my family, but it's the same with friends.
I don't really like people, maybe you think that it's a bit odd, but it's what I think .
I have never stopped and asked myself who I prefer because, I think that it's not necessary. They're both really important for me, so the best answer should be. Both of them, I prefer both of them.

Hobbies & Interests

Hey there to everybody, I'm here again!

Today, I'm going to talk to you about what I like to do and what I'm interested in. In other words, I'm going to talk to you about me again.

My main interest is drawing and, I'm doing it all the time. I enjoy using all techniques,( from pencils to oil paintig)  but I also like doing much more things.

I love, I mean I'm really fond of everything related to music to music: listening to it, playing instruments, singing, doing the fixing of the equipement...

I really like cooking, in fact, every Friday, some of my friends and I meet to play "Role Game" and we normally sleep in one of our houses but, it doesn't matter were we sleep, a friend of mine (Jose) and I always do the cooking part.

I'm really interested in writing, reading, theatre and acting and cinema.

I also like sports, but mostly basketball, horse riding and risky sports.

I like learning languages too and I find interesting studying.

Why did you go on strike?

-One of the main reasons for the reject of all politicians procedure is that all of them have made cuts in the public expenses or increased taxes, in other words, they have forced citizens and factories to pay.

-A reason why I went on strike is that the new Government that poclaims "The Change" is making so much changing, but maybe in the wrong places. And you're are going to understand this in three words:  Dramatic Art Bach.

They want to eliminate these studies and what I say to that is: Art is culture and what defines a country is its  culture, if you  remove art, you are pulling off our culture.

-Another reason why I went is basically and simply that they're making cuts in education expenses and increasing taxes for the university.

Eating Habits.

Today, I'm going to talk to you about my "Eating Habits".

At my house, it's really important (and controlled) the topic of food.
We are really worried about eating healthy so, we have a Mediterranean Diet stablished, but at the same time, diferent for us depending of our needs.
For example, when I cook I make to diferent recipes: one with salt and spicy and another one without salt. 
That's because my mother doesn't need as much salt as I do cause I'm younger. 
I love cooking, so on Weekdays I cook for both (My mother and I), but on Weekends my mother does.

From Monday to Friday, I have little breakfast, I cook at lunch and I have little dinner; My mother has breakfast during a break at work, maybe a sandwich or something light. She has lunch with me at home and she almost never has dinner.

During Weekends, we have breakfast together and sometimes we go out for lunch. I hang out on evenings so, I eat dinner outside, maybe at a Chinese restaurant or just at a friend's.
My mother hangs out too, so she also has dinner outside.

10 Facts about my family.

1. My mother and I live together, but my sister doens't live with us all year.
2. We have a time table to divide the activities of the house.
3. Usually, I cook at lunchtime.
4. My mother, my sister and I , love reading.
5. My mother and I  have lunch together everyday.
6. Me and my sister sometimes hang out together.
7. At home, we consider really importatnt culture and studying diferent languages.
8. During weekends we have breakfast together, sometimes my mother does it, but other times I do it.
9. My mother loves watching the news.
10. Sometimes she get mad at each other, but we always take care of us three.

Who am I?

Hey there again!Today, I've been thinking about the blog, and I've realized something... You almost don't know me!

Well, I'm going to tell you something that you know: My name is Irene, but my blogger name is Amber Pain. I'd love you to call me by my blogger name here.  I am sixteen years old, and I study here, in Badajoz at IES Reino Aftasí.  This year I'm doing Junior and hopefully, next year I'll do Senior. I'm studying arts.I really like studying arts because it's what I've always wanted to do, since I was a child.On my free time what I do most it's listening to music while drawing.

I like every kind of music but I'm really keen on Heavy Metal. It's not only shouting like many people think. It requires a lot of technique for all members of a band of this style and it's very eassy to suffer an injury.There are also many types of Heavy Metal and many people listen to it without knowing that it is Heavy Metal music! But I'm not here only to talk about the music I like. 

I enjoy doing much more things like: Singing, dancing, riding a horse, riding a bike, reading (all type of reading), watching films, hanging out, and doing diferent hairstyles to my friends (Dying their hair, cutting it...), and studying diferent languages. I find it really interesting!

Family & Home.

Today I'm going to talk to you about my family and home.
 I live in Badajoz,(Spain) only with my mother. Actually we also live with my sister, but she's studying at the north of Spain, so she only comes for half a year more or less.
My mother works at the Autonomic Administration as a Secretary. She also studies Portuguese at the School of Languages on Mondays and Wednesdays. She does Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
My sister is studying Biotechnology at the north, so we only see her during holidays. She also studies English during weekends.
We three live on a flat at the center of Badajoz. It's really big for two or three people, but we're used to it.
